Product description
This set combines the main preparation shapes with four steak knives for serving. The chef’s knife and santoku give two options for board work, while the bread, utility and paring knives cover narrower tasks. The twelve-piece total includes the block, shears and honing steel, so it represents nine knives rather than twelve.
Check the counter layout before choosing a block set. The listed footprint is 10.4 by 5.1 inches with a 15-inch height, and removing a knife needs additional clearance. Natural acacia grain varies from block to block. The knives use German steel but are manufactured in China; handwashing and immediate drying help make daily care a clear routine.
