Product description
The stainless-steel pan and removable rack give you two ways to arrange a roast. Use the V-shaped rack when the food needs to sit above the bottom, or remove it for a recipe that calls for direct contact with the pan. The rectangular format is useful for larger cuts and roasting projects that need more room than an everyday skillet.
Plan the recipe around the component you are using. The pan alone is rated for oven and broiler temperatures up to 600°F, but the nonstick rack is limited to 375°F. That lower rating governs cooking with the rack in place. Check oven clearance before ordering, especially if a tall roast and the rack will sit together inside the pan.
