Product description
The BLACK+DECKER EK500B suits serving jobs such as carving a roast or cutting a loaf into slices. Its motor supplies the back-and-forth blade movement, so your task is to guide the knife steadily down through the food rather than saw with your wrist.
Use a carving fork to hold food and keep your supporting hand away from the blade. The lock is useful during handling, but unplugging remains part of every blade change. This is a corded tool, so plan the cutting position near an outlet with the cable clear of the blade.
