This MultiQuick 5 package concentrates on immersion blending: the motor, metal shaft and beaker give you the basics for sauces, soups and drinks. The numbered speed wheel provides a repeatable setting, with a separate Turbo control available. Choose this version when you mainly want a stick blender and do not need a chopper and whisk bundled with it.

For warm mixtures, use a tall vessel and leave space for movement instead of filling it to the rim. Braun’s instructions exclude using the metal shaft in nonstick cookware, a useful point to check against your usual soup pot. Unplug the motor before removing the shaft, and follow the component cleaning chart rather than immersing the whole appliance.
