The Citrus Press Pro is for cooks who regularly squeeze citrus for breakfast, cooking or drinks. Halve the fruit, place it cut-side down on the cone and lower the arm; the motor rotates the cone while the fruit dome holds the half in position. Raising the arm stops the motor. This keeps the process straightforward across different citrus sizes, though you still prepare and load each piece by hand and remove its spent peel afterward.

Juice flows through the spout into a glass or jug you place beneath it, with pulp and seeds gathering in the stainless filter. The drip-stop position is useful when changing that vessel, and the filter should be emptied as it fills during a larger batch. Cleanup is easiest immediately after juicing, before pulp dries onto the surfaces. The removable components can be washed separately, while the substantial base and press arm stay on the counter for wiping.
