Product description

The Barista Touch organizes espresso preparation into a screen-led sequence while retaining a conventional portafilter. Grind the coffee, distribute and tamp it, then move the portafilter to the brew group. The saved drink settings are useful when several people want different coffees: they preserve chosen settings without requiring everyone to start from the same recipe. The integrated grinder and ThermoJet heater bring the main equipment together, though the three-second heating claim does not include preparing or finishing a drink.

Automatic milk texturing is the main reduction in hands-on work. Place the supplied jug correctly on the temperature sensor and let the selected milk settings guide steaming, or switch to manual texturing when you want to practice it yourself. You still wipe the wand and clear the used coffee after each drink. Choose this original BES880 Barista Touch when you want that balance of guidance and involvement; it does not include the assisted tamping system associated with the Touch Impress name.
