Product description

The Panini Duo gives the top plate two distinct roles. Let it rest on a filled sandwich for contact pressing, or use the height control to hold it above an open melt. The floating hinge accommodates changing bread thicknesses, making this a useful lunch appliance if you alternate between sliced bread, rolls and more generously filled sandwiches.

Preheat until the ready light appears, then judge the cooking time by the bread and filling. The storage lock is not a clamp for squeezing sandwiches while they cook. Cleanup takes place at the appliance: unplug it, let it cool and wipe the plates with a soft cloth. Choose this format if that straightforward routine suits you.
