BTA820XL · Die-cast aluminum housing
$197.77
3 in stock
A two-slice toaster with automatic lowering, progress lights and controls for checking or extending a toast cycle.
The BTA820XL is built around checking and adjusting toast rather than guessing once and waiting. Select a browning level, let the motor lower the bread, and use Lift and Look if you want to inspect it before the cycle finishes. A Bit More provides a convenient finishing step when the first pass leaves a thick slice lighter than you prefer. Those controls are useful if the bread in your kitchen changes from one day to the next.
Two wide slots favour a couple of slices or a split bagel at a time. Consider the shape as well as the thickness of your usual bread, especially if you buy long artisan loaves. For a larger household, successive batches will be part of breakfast preparation. The motorised lowering and visible progress lights are the useful distinctions when you want simple handling and a clear view of how far the cycle has progressed.
Lift and Look lets you judge colour with the bread itself in view.
A Bit More makes a small additional toast cycle straightforward.
