Product description

The Paradice 16 earns its place through the variety of preparation it can handle. Its dicing system offers three sizes, so the pieces can suit the dish instead of every recipe sharing one cut. Change attachments for slicing, shredding or chopping, and use the mini bowl for a smaller task. It suits cooks who will use that accessory range.

Dicing needs more setup than chopping with an S-blade: the grid, disk and gearbox must be assembled correctly and matched by size. Food choice matters too. Breville excludes cheese, raw sweet potato and meat from the dicing system. Plan cupboard space for the storage boxes, and count clearing the dicing grid as part of each preparation session.
