Product description

The Sous Chef 16 is most compelling when food preparation means several different cuts, not just chopping an onion. Swap the disc or blade to move between slicing, shredding and processing, and choose a feed opening that supports the ingredient as it enters. The adjustable slicer offers a way to change thickness without assembling a collection of fixed slicing discs. A smaller bowl gives modest quantities their own working space within this larger appliance.

Plan storage for the accessory box as well as the machine. A food processor’s usefulness depends partly on being able to find and safely handle the correct sharp tool, and a large bowl is not a reason to exceed the recipe’s processing limit. The BFP810 list includes a French-fry disc, but it should not be confused with the separate Paradice models and their dicing equipment. Choose this configuration for the cutting and processing jobs its actual tool set covers.
