Product description

This Chef’s Classic pan is designed around oven dishes that you can bring to the table in their cooking vessel. Lasagna, casseroles and au gratin potatoes are among its intended uses. The polished stainless interior and exterior give it a coordinated appearance, while riveted side handles provide a place to hold it when moving between oven and serving area.

Use potholders when handling the hot pan and a heat-resistant trivet at the table. The linked care guide allows oven temperatures up to five hundred degrees Fahrenheit.
