Cuisinart 9-Inch Nonstick Tart Pan with Removable Base

Product description

This Cuisinart tart pan suits bakers who want to present a tart outside its baking tin. The removable base is the important distinction when comparing it with a solid pie dish: it provides a way to separate the outer pan from the finished bake. Follow the recipe’s cooling instructions before attempting to unmold it.

Check the required pan diameter and depth when choosing a recipe; a similar-looking pie or cake recipe may need a different vessel. Keep support beneath the loose base when moving the pan. Plan to transfer the finished tart to a suitable board or plate before cutting, so a knife does not damage the coating.
