Product description
The Essentials set brings together a useful spread of knife shapes without adding steak knives to the block. Chef’s and slicing knives handle larger preparation, while the santoku, serrated utility and paring knives offer other blade sizes to choose from. Shears complete the tool selection, and the acacia block gives the collection a defined place on the counter.
The block needs different care from the blades. Wipe its surface with a warm damp cloth and dry it straight away, keeping the wood out of standing water. Follow the supplied sharpening directions when maintaining a suitable blade, then wipe the blade clean before returning it to food preparation. The care guide recommends washing the knives by hand.
