Product description
Choose the Egg Central around the breakfast you usually make. Its ten-egg headline capacity applies to eggs in their shells; poached eggs and omelets have smaller, separate limits. The interchangeable trays make those choices possible without buying extra cooking inserts.
Doneness depends on the water measure as well as the eggs’ size, starting temperature and quantity, so treat the booklet’s guidance as the starting point for your preferred result. When the alarm sounds, slide the switch to OFF and remove the eggs promptly. The appliance can restart after cooling if it is left switched on, which makes that final step part of normal use.

Before you buy
- Coat the poaching or omelet tray with butter or oil as directed. Keep the completion alert within hearing and plan to remove the cooked eggs when it sounds.
Care & maintenance
- After unplugging and cooling, wash removable parts by hand or on the dishwasher’s top rack. Wipe the heating plate; use the manual’s white-vinegar cleaning method for mineral deposits. Do not immerse the base.
