Product description

The CEK-30 is a straightforward option for someone who wants powered assistance when slicing bread or carving cooked meat. Its combined blade avoids switching between separate bread and carving accessories, and the handle works with either hand. The five-foot cord makes outlet position part of the setup, particularly if your usual carving space is a dining table rather than the counter.

Keep the food supported on a stable cutting surface and guide the knife through it while holding the trigger. Releasing the control stops the blade, allowing you to reposition between cuts. The manual excludes cutting bones. Unplug the knife before attaching or releasing the blade assembly, and keep the motor handle separate from the washing routine afterward.
