Product description
The Pastafecto brings mixing and extrusion into one machine for cooks who want to make fresh pasta regularly. Changing the disc changes the shape, from long strands to tubes or twists, without changing appliances. It also prepares bread dough, making it useful for more than pasta night when you have space for a dedicated dough-making station.
Measure the ingredients carefully and follow the recipe’s batch limits: this is a process where the flour-to-liquid balance matters. Load dry ingredients first, secure the lid and begin the cycle before adding liquid through the opening. Bread mode kneads only, so rising and baking happen elsewhere. Pasta also needs cooking after extrusion; the machine prepares the dough and shape.

Care & maintenance
