Product description

CookFresh is a useful choice when steaming is a regular cooking method and you want a dedicated vessel with visible progress. The glass pot and reversible tray accommodate different ingredients, while the food-category settings provide starting times. Adjust the setting for the amount, density and size of the food rather than treating a preset as a guarantee that every portion is done.

Choose a suitable counter position before buying. The manual calls for clearance from walls and nearby objects and says not to operate under cabinets, where escaping steam would be a problem. Use Pause before lifting the lid to check or add ingredients, and remember that hot condensation collects during cooking. The removable tank makes filling convenient, but ownership also includes emptying cooled water, cleaning the separate parts and periodically descaling the steam system.
