Product description

The 32100A is useful when you want to turn batches of produce into dried ingredients or snacks. The included sheets broaden what the trays can hold, from small herbs to fruit puree. Digital time and temperature settings let you follow a chosen drying method.

Use all five trays even for a small batch, with the marked top tray uppermost. Food preparation still matters: follow the manual’s loading and drying instructions for the ingredient. After use, unplug and let the unit cool. Wash removable parts in warm, soapy water and wipe the base without immersing it.
