The 74251 puts the powered knife and carving fork together for serving roasts or slicing a loaf. The case is useful if you only bring the set out for larger meals: its components can stay together between occasions. Plan a cutting position within reach of the cord.

Let the blades do the work and cut around bones, never through them. The knife is not intended to cut frozen food. Unplug before removing the blades, then separate and hand-wash them with the fork. Dry fully and replace the protective sleeve before storage. Clean the motor housing with a damp cloth only.
