Product description
The Superior Cooker is built around a familiar slow-cooker routine with a useful extra step: browning can happen in the same pot before the long cook begins. That is appealing when transferring sautéed ingredients from the stove is the part of preparation you would most like to simplify. Steam and warm modes extend its role beyond an all-day recipe.
This is a slow cooker and multifunctional pot, not an electric pressure cooker. Choose it for that style of cooking. The aluminum inner pot has a ceramic nonstick coating, so the ownership routine differs from an uncoated stainless pot: use suitable utensils and treat the surface with care. The included silicone lid is for storing food, while the glass lid is the cooking lid.
Why choose this model
Keep browning and cooking together
A sauté stage can lead directly into the slow-cook stage in the same vessel.
Useful separate accessories
The sling assists steaming; the storage lid gives the cooled pot a covering for storage.
