Product description

The Pro 8QT is most useful when larger batches are part of the household routine. Its handled inner pot makes moving between preparation, cooking and serving more deliberate, while the control panel lets you save familiar choices as favourites. A recipe can begin with sautéing and continue under another cooking function, keeping the stages together instead of transferring everything to another pot.

An eight-quart cooker earns its space when your recipes use that capacity. Measure the storage position and allow room to handle the lid and hot insert. The nominal volume is not an instruction to fill it to the rim: pressure-cooking limits depend on the food. Treat steam release as part of the recipe, using the appropriate method for thick, starchy or expanding ingredients rather than assuming the release switch makes every dish ready to open immediately.
