Product description
The Vortex Plus 6-Quart combines familiar air-fryer cooking with broil and dehydrate modes. That range suits a buyer who wants to roast vegetables or reheat a meal one day and use a lower-temperature drying program another day.
This is the standalone basket model, supplied with its cooking tray. The tray lets air pass beneath the food, while the pull-out basket gives access for checking and turning. Keep ingredients spaced for circulation, and plan on batches when a recipe would otherwise crowd the basket.

Care & maintenance
- Unplug and cool before cleaning. Handwash the removable basket with mild dish soap and a soft cloth.
- The cooking tray is dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive cleaners and metal utensils on its nonstick surface.
- Wipe the cooking chamber and exterior; never immerse the electrical appliance.
