Product description

The BCG111OB keeps the controls simple: the time you hold the cover determines how long the blade runs. Its marked bowl helps portion whole beans for a batch of coffee, then lifts out to pour the grounds into your brewer. The markings describe brewed-coffee quantities, not cups of whole beans.

KitchenAid recommends this grinder for drip and French press preparation, not pump espresso machines. Shorter grinding gives a coarser result; avoid over-processing. Unplug and let the blade stop before opening. The bowl and cover can go on the dishwasher’s top rack; wipe the motor housing with a soft, damp cloth.
