Product description

The KGC2154PL suits cooks who rotate among different grains and want help with water ratios. Select the food on the touchscreen, add it to the pot and follow the liquid prompts. You still pour the water yourself; the scale guides the amount instead of dispensing it from a reservoir.

Add grains before liquid so the scale can measure them correctly. Allow 30 minutes of cooling between cooking cycles. Unplug and cool before cleaning; hand-wash the inner lid. The pot is dishwasher-safe, although KitchenAid recommends hand washing to help preserve its nonstick coating. Wipe the cooker’s exterior clean.
