JS430-67 · Silicone brush with wood handle
$22.63
4 in stock
A silicone basting brush for applying sauces, marinades or glazes, with a broad conical-bristle head and a wooden handle in the Craft Series design.
Brush a glaze over a roast or spread a sauce across a preparation in light passes. A broader head is useful for covering a larger surface, while the short bristles let you work around edges and uneven shapes. Adjust how much liquid you pick up to the food and sauce instead of trying to apply the entire coating in one stroke.
Keep a small dish for the brush beside the preparation so you have somewhere to rest it between applications. The Cerise head makes it easy to coordinate with other cooking tools, and it detaches for cleanup. Remove the brush from hot cookware between uses; the wooden handle should not be left exposed to heat at the side of a pan.
Useful for applying a glaze in several light passes.
Separate the silicone head from the wooden handle.
