A shallow nonstick pan for crêpes and pancakes, supplied with a râteau batter spreader and compatible with induction as well as other stovetops.
Spread a thin layer of batter across the pan for a crêpe, or use the broad surface for pancakes sized to suit your breakfast. The shallow rim gives a turning utensil easy access to the edge of the food. Keep your batter and serving plate close by so you can work through successive portions without rearranging the cooking area.
This format is most useful when a flat preparation matters more than deep sides. It can take up significant storage space once the long handle is included, so check the overall length before choosing a drawer. The coating contains PFAS for its nonstick properties; take that material choice into account when comparing it with an uncoated pan.
