An 11-inch enameled cast iron grill pan with a blue exterior, black satin cooking surface and two handles, for stovetop and oven recipes.
Use the raised cooking surface for a grill-pan recipe when you want to prepare dinner on the stovetop. The shallow shape makes the food accessible for turning, while the two side handles give you a place to support each side when moving the pan.
