The CFP301 suits a kitchen that alternates between individual pods, larger batches of ground coffee and occasional milk drinks. Its Specialty setting makes coffee concentrate, and the fold-away frother whisks milk that you heat separately.
The DualBrew Pro CFP301 combines a full ground-coffee brewer with a removable K-Cup pod adapter. That flexibility is useful when one person wants a quick individual cup but a shared breakfast needs the glass carafe. The four brew styles also let you choose a regular cup, a richer brew, coffee brewed over ice or a small concentrated base. A separate hot-water outlet gives tea or instant food its own dispensing route.
The milk-drink workflow is worth understanding before you choose it. Specialty produces a 4 fl oz coffee concentrate for recipes such as lattes; it is not a capsule or portafilter espresso setting. The frother adds texture but does not heat milk, so hot drinks need a separate warming step. For loose coffee, use grounds mode rather than a reusable K-Cup filter, which Ninja excludes from the supplied pod adapter’s compatibility.
Pod sizes cover 6–12 fl oz, while the ground-coffee settings extend from a cup to the carafe.
The dedicated outlet can serve other drinks without routing them through the coffee basket.
