Product description
The DZ201 makes the most sense when dinner has two components that need different settings. Put the main in one basket and the side in the other, then use Smart Finish to coordinate the programmed finishing times. Match Cook handles the opposite situation: the same food split between both zones. It saves entering the settings twice and makes the two-basket arrangement useful beyond mixed meals.
Consider the shape of your food before choosing by capacity alone. Eight quarts here means two four-quart spaces, so a large item must still fit inside one basket. The divider cannot be removed to create a single cooking chamber. For smaller portions the separate zones offer useful flexibility; for a wide baking dish or a large roast, the individual basket size is the more relevant constraint.
