Product description

The DG551 is a useful match for cooks who want an indoor grilling routine with temperature feedback. Its supplied thermometer makes the centre of the food part of the cooking decision, while the grill grate gives steaks, vegetables and other suitable ingredients a dedicated cooking surface. Select the function and protein setting for the recipe, then follow the probe-placement instructions rather than judging the result only by the outside colour.

The appliance also accommodates air crisping and several oven-style tasks by changing the cooking accessory. That flexibility is most valuable when the same machine will genuinely serve several meals each week. Allow for the open lid, the hot accessories and the washing-up as well as the space occupied by the base.
