Nordic Ware Naturals Nonstick 9-inch Round Cake Pans, Set of 2

Product description

A pair of matching pans is useful when a recipe divides the batter between two layers. You can prepare both pans before mixing, divide the batter, then bake the layers on the same schedule if your oven allows adequate space around them. This set fits the familiar round celebration-cake format without decorative shaping.

Check that your recipe calls for this pan diameter and that both pans fit on your oven rack with room for air to circulate. Equal batter portions give you a more manageable starting point for assembly, but baking time still depends on the recipe and your oven. Plan for cooling space as well as baking space before you begin frosting.
