Nordic Ware Patterns Pancake Pan, 7 Cavities

Product description

Bring a repeated pattern to a breakfast plate without cutting pancakes into shapes afterward. Pour batter into the separate wells, then turn each pancake when the recipe and cooking cues indicate it is ready. A small silicone spatula or another suitable nonmetal tool helps reach the individual portions without scraping the cooking surface.

The smaller pancakes work well for a plate of mixed toppings or a shared brunch platter. Plan successive batches if you are serving more people, keeping a place ready for the cooked pancakes while the next batch cooks. Preheat over medium heat and brush the wells with oil or unsalted shortening as instructed; the patterned format still needs normal attention to doneness.
