A stainless steel ricer with adjustable disks and a rest for the edge of a bowl or pot.
Prepare mashed potatoes, press tomatoes for sauce or squeeze excess water from cooked greens. The adjustable disk system stays with the tool, so changing settings does not require a loose collection of plates.
For firm vegetables, cook until tender and cut pieces to fit the barrel. Align the disk with the desired setting, load the barrel and squeeze over a bowl or pan.
