This set is a useful choice if you want shaped spritz cookies without rolling and cutting each one individually. The lever dispenses dough through the selected disk, while the clear barrel lets you track when a refill is approaching. The fourteen-piece count comprises the press, twelve disks and their storage case.

The dough and baking surface are part of the system. OXO’s instructions call for an ungreased sheet that is cool or at room temperature, with soft dough unless the recipe directs otherwise. Store-bought refrigerated dough is not recommended. Plan to use a cookie-press recipe and expect a little adjustment at the start of a batch; the manual notes that the first cookie can be uneven.
