Product description

The NB-G300 brings pizza baking and several everyday oven functions together. Use the pizza stone for suitable pizza recipes, the basket for air frying and the grill pan for foods needing a solid cooking surface.

Allow for preheating and installation clearance. The manual calls for at least four inches behind and at one side, plus twelve inches overhead; keep the oven on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Care & maintenance

  • Unplug and cool completely. Hand-wash the removable accessories with a soft sponge, except the pizza stone. Do not use a dishwasher.
  • Do not immerse or detergent-wash the stone. Follow the manual’s water-cleaning and oven-drying procedure before storage.
