Three nesting glass bowls for keeping ingredients separate, mixing a recipe and serving the finished dish.
This set gives you separate bowls for different stages of a recipe: a small mixture in one, prepared ingredients in another and the main mixture in the largest. Clear glass makes it easy to see what is in each bowl while you work. The plain shape also suits serving when you want to bring a salad or side dish straight to the table.
Choose a bowl with room above the ingredients so you can stir without working at the rim. The largest size is useful for everyday preparation, but check your recipe volume if you regularly mix large batches of dough. After washing and drying, the bowls fit inside one another; keep them in an accessible cupboard so choosing the right size is easy.
Helpful when wet ingredients, dry ingredients and a topping need separate bowls.
