A ceramic-coated grill pan with an aluminum core for adding a dedicated grill-pan format to your cooktop.
A separate grill pan is useful when you want a cooking surface dedicated to vegetables, sandwiches or individual pieces of meat. This Pyrex model combines a ceramic nonstick coating with an aluminum core and a long handle. It can join an existing cookware collection without requiring you to buy a complete set.
