Product description
The BCC12 handles grinding and brewing behind a compact button panel. It suits a household that wants whole-bean coffee without filling a portafilter for every drink, while retaining a wand for milk preparation.
Milk frothing is manual, and automatic brewing still involves regular cleanup. Empty the grounds container with the machine switched on so its counter resets. The removable brewing group should be rinsed and dried at least weekly, following the manual’s removal sequence.

Care & maintenance
- Clean the grounds container and drip trays daily. Do not put the brewing group in the dishwasher.
- Let the steam wand cool before removing and rinsing its lower section. Run the indicated descaling cycle with the recommended product.
