1203123 · Press only for the STAUB 12-inch square grill pan
$154.95
4 in stock
A Matte Black enameled cast iron grill press sized for the STAUB 12-inch square grill pan. The pan is sold separately.
Add a separate press to a compatible pan when a recipe calls for food to be held against the cooking surface. For a pressed sandwich, arrange the filling so the sandwich sits evenly before lowering the press. Work with a recipe suited to this method and check the food as it cooks; a press does not replace attention to heat or doneness.
Confirm the pan match before ordering. The press is listed for STAUB’s twelve-inch square grill pan, so a similarly named or nominally sized pan from another range is not an established fit. Keep a protected resting place beside the stove for the press when lifting it away, and leave room for this extra piece when planning cookware storage.
An accessory for recipes that call for weight above the food.
A defined pan match makes compatibility easier to check.
