A 28 cm square Cherry grill pan with two side handles and a ridged black enamel cooking surface, suitable for induction and oven use.
Lay longer slices of vegetables or portions of meat across the ridges, leaving room to turn them as they cook. The square outline gives you a different arrangement from a round pan, particularly when several similarly shaped pieces need to fit side by side. Choose batches that suit the usable surface rather than stacking food above the grooves.
