A compact 20 cm tajine combining a black enameled cast iron base with a Cream ceramic lid, with a listed capacity of 0.6 L.
Choose this smaller tajine for a recipe deliberately scaled to its modest capacity. Arrange ingredients in the base and use the Cream lid for the covered stage. The twenty-centimeter diameter does not make it equivalent to a deep pot of the same width, so pay close attention to the recipe’s liquid and food quantities.
