A shallow 2.5-liter aluminum paella pan with Starflon Max nonstick coating and two metal handles for cooking and serving.
Spread rice and its accompanying ingredients across this shallow Loreto pan, then serve directly from the pan on a suitable trivet. Its two side handles make a useful format for bringing a finished dish to the table; use hand protection whenever the pan is hot.
Choose it for a recipe suited to its diameter and capacity. Tramontina limits cooking fill to three-quarters of total volume, so 2.5 liters should not be treated as the amount of food to load during cooking.
A useful single vessel when the finished dish is intended to stay in its cooking pan.
