A blue enameled cast iron Dutch oven for covered braises, soups and oven recipes, with a 5.5-quart capacity and matching lid.

This Bestow Dutch oven combines a 5.5-quart round vessel with a fitted lid, giving you room for liquid around the ingredients. Cast iron is most useful here when the recipe benefits from retained heat and a steady cooking pace. Plan to lift a filled pot with both hands and clear a place for it before taking it from the oven.
