The BB-SSC10 suits smaller loaves with more control over recipes and add-ins. Its removable dispenser adds suitable ingredients during kneading, while Homemade memories let you customize knead, rise and bake stages.

The dispenser is for suitable dry ingredients that do not melt easily, and it is not used on every course. Follow the manual’s ingredient limits and attach it before starting. For basic bread, add liquids first and keep the yeast separate from them until mixing.
