Product description
The Gourmet Sizzler is useful when a meal benefits from more flat working area than a skillet provides. Arrange pancakes, vegetables or other suitable ingredients across the plate and set the temperature for the job. The lid broadens the cooking approach for recipes that need a covered stage, while the lower Keep Warm setting offers another option when coordinating food for the table.
The large cooking surface also means a sizeable appliance. Compare its full exterior measurements with your worktop and think about where the plate, lid and base will be stored after breakfast. Cleaning requires proper disassembly: the plate and body guard are washable, but the heater assembly and temperature control are not. This is a good format for someone who will regularly use that broad surface and has room to handle its separate parts.

Before you buy
- The large plate requires counter and storage space beyond that of an ordinary frying pan.
- Remove the heater assembly before washing the body guard.
Care & maintenance
- Hand-wash suitable removable parts with mild detergent and a soft sponge; do not use a dishwasher.
- Never wash or immerse the heater assembly or control plug. Dry the washable parts thoroughly before reassembly.
