1. Free Shipping – United States

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Small Items (Home Goods, Décor, Accessories)
    Shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on location.
  • Medium Items (Chairs, Side Tables, Small Furniture)
    Shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
  • Large & Heavy Furniture (Sofas, Beds, Dining Tables, etc.)
    Shipped via FedEx Freight or UPS Freight. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on location. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed through our Brooklyn office and shipped directly from our U.S. supplier network using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

4. Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging items to minimize damage during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@kikuhome.com.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Kiku Home is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping details.
  • For freight deliveries, customers are responsible for being available at the scheduled delivery time to receive and inspect the order.
